2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your device arrives damaged, stops working, or has a manufacturing defect, you have two options:

  • Free Replacement: We'll send you a brand new device at no cost
  • Full Refund: We'll refund your entire purchase price

3. Size, Fit, or Expectation Issues

If the product doesn't meet your expectations based on our product descriptions and marketing materials, we'll process a full refund.
